The lawn's season, one monthly payment
Weekly mowing and every fertilizer round on one monthly payment, scheduled for you, with the ledger to show it.
Mowed ranch-house lawn
One payment a month for the lawn's whole season, and the timing becomes ours to get right: the pre-emergent goes down the week the soil is ready, not the week somebody remembers it.
The plan
Mowing and feeding together
Lawn Season Plan
Weekly mowing from mid-April through October, 28 visits, and all five fertilizer and weed-control rounds. What is in each round.
Monthly: $130, twelve payments a year.
For a lawn you want looked after from April to November without thinking about it
Members pay 5% less than the same work bought visit by visit, because a property on a planned route costs less to serve. Members also take 10% off holiday lighting.
What am I paying for in February?
The year's price is spread over twelve equal payments, so the bill is the same every month. It is not a fee for that month's visits: July is four or five mows and a round, and February is none.
Questions
Can I skip a mow?
Yes, with one day's notice by text or a call. Every skip shows on your ledger.
Is there a contract?
The plan runs for the calendar year and renews automatically every January 1. You can cancel at any time by calling or texting us. When you cancel we settle up: what has been delivered against what you have paid, nothing more.
Can I join mid-season?
Yes, at any time. Join in June and we quote you for the rest of that year; the plan then renews on January 1 like everyone else's.
Does it include aeration?
No. Aeration is booked on its own, in the spring or the fall window, at the regular price.
